Legal regime

The Fundación Oso Pardo (FOP-Brown Bear Foundation) is a Spanish private non-profit organization. The FOP works at state level under the Ley 50/2002, de Fundaciones. The rules applicable to our organization can be consulted in this link. The FOP is also ruled by its own Bylaws and can be consulted at this link.

The FOP is registered in the Spanish Registry of Foundations, Ministerio de Justicia.
